Global Diversity: A Business Necessity

As workforce demographics shift and global markets emerge, workplace diversity inches closer to becoming a business necessity instead of a banner that companies wave to show their commitment to embracing differences and change. Employees reap tangible and intangible benefits from workplace benefits, not the least of which include respect from co-workers and business gains.

Join us in our inaugural event in a lively panel discussion on this important topic as Manette Snow, Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion, shares her experience on the diversity journey at Ball Corporation, and Jill Buzelli, Director at PwC, shares insights gain from PwC's global survey - looking at diversity in the field of global mobility with a particular focus on women in mobility.
