Operational excellence – what does it mean and how do we attain it?
What does operational excellence mean and how do we apply this in a global mobility context?
In this session we will explore operational excellence from a number of different angles focussing on identifying tangible action items that can be applied to improve our organisations’ mobility programmes, even in a cost cutting environment. Our panelists will share their different experiences as an international assignee, a relocation support provider and a global mobility professional leading business transformation.
The team from KPMG’s Management Consulting division will also take us through how operational excellence can be embedded throughout organisations from a diversity and inclusion perspective – what does this look like and what does it mean for our global mobility programmes?
