The latest figures indicate that women's representation in the labor market continues to rise and gender parity is increasingly being discussed in companies globally. However, the real changes in leadership positions have been slow and the number of women who chair the board, hold senior management positions or are included in international programs remains low, especially in the oil and gas market.

What actions does your company take to foster gender equity? Do men and women have the same career opportunities, including international? What role does gender discussion play in your company's leadership agenda?

Join us in this Chapter, which will help us understand the trends for advancing gender equality in corporations in a panel discussion with passionate professionals:

  • Diana Quintas, Fragomen's partner, awarded since 2012 as the world's largest law firm with the largest number of female partners;
  • Hege Faero-Finnvik, OTE (Operation Technology and Excellence) Vice President of Equinor Brazil , an international oil company, chaired by an expatriate CEO;
  • Patricia Scott, Executive Manager of Human Resources at IBP University and Corporate at IBP - Brazilian Institute of Oil, Gas and Biofuels;
  • Adriana Amorim, LHH Senior Consultant and Coach - Lee Hecht Harrison , global leader in career transition, outplacement and talent development.
