We exist with one key aim: to support you, and your growth, as a Global Mobility & HR professional.

In less than 2 hours over lunch, our next FEM chapter meeting in Melbourne will make it easy for you to:

• Socialise: build new connections and re-engage with existing ones
• Strategise: explore how we integrate key themes and topics as uncovered by our start of the year survey
• Share: discuss your real-world experiences as we consider the possibility of a GM Mentoring program

Challenge us if you disagree: whilst virtual meetings hold value, they cannot replace the unique exchange of face-to-face participation between FEM members.  To this end, we have also allowed time for a focussed roundtable discussion over lunch:

Global Mobility in 2023 – finding the balance between flexibility and affordability.

Roundtable direction: Employees have spoken through survey responses – satisfaction is highest at companies where their expectations around flexibility are embraced. We have seen the focus on ‘flexible work’ policies rise in priority for HR, talent or mobility management professionals. However, implementing these policies is being done against a backdrop of increased economic pressure.  We welcome your perspective on how you, and your business, are managing the balancing act between flexibility and affordability.
