FEM 2023 National Survey Results and Discussion on Global Mobility Priorities Identified

FEM’s chief aim is to inspire and inform Global Mobility and HR professionals by providing networking and peer to peer learning opportunities. 

In our first Perth chapter meeting for 2023 we will engage in a bit of networking, reflect on the FEM 2023 Global Mobility Survey results as well as explore some of the priority GM topics * identified (through the survey) in this casual venue we have chosen.

We would greatly appreciate listening to your thoughts on introducing a GM Mentoring Program later in the year (there was definite interest in this from the survey responses as mentors and mentees).  Your local chapter committee members are all volunteers and we are hoping to find others in the community to assist us in developing this program.

We are also looking for new FEM corporate members to join our community to enhance our overall peer to peer learning opportunities so please share with your contacts and join us.
