The event was an inspiring exploration of how emerging technologies, particularly AI and process automation, are revolutionizing the HR Global Mobility space.

We were privileged to gain insights from our distinguished speakers: Kerstin Wollert-Risch from Siemens AG, who shared practical applications of technology in global mobility compliance; Robert Wood of SAP SuccessFactors, who illuminated the capabilities of generative AI and its role in enhancing HR processes; and Sebastian Klöser from EY, who provided an in-depth look at the transformative power of AI in reshaping workforce dynamics. Their expertise and real-world examples highlighted the immense potential for cost savings and productivity improvements through technology and AI integration.

We also reflected on the opportunities and challenges that come with this technological evolution. Discussions shed light on how AI can streamline tasks such as talent acquisition and employee engagement, while also emphasizing the need for strategic governance and change management to address implementation barriers and foster acceptance.

Thank you to all attendees for your engagement and thought-provoking questions during the Q&A session, which enriched our collective understanding. The event underscored that successful adoption of these innovative tools depends on collaboration, proper planning, and continuous learning.
