The worldwide shortage in talent has led to the continued rise of global mobility, uniting the function with global HR, talent management and areas of compliance, such as immigration, labor and tax. The changing legislation and increasing volume has led to more burden for mobility and HR professionals.

Dotan Cohen,Owner and Manager at DC Law Offices
As the Owner and Managing Attorney at DC Law Offices, Dotan works with both corporations and individual clients on matters of immigration and relocation law. With over 17 years of experience as a practicing attorney, Cohen has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients on matters including corporate relocation, work visas, investment-based visas, family-based immigration, and the Diversity Visa process. He has lectured at prestigious conferences on the subjects of US, Australian, Canadian, Israeli and UK immigration law, and has also been published several times by the Israeli Bar Association. Cohen has worked with some of the foremost immigration authorities including Ministries of Interior in several countries, and various Consulates and Embassies worldwide.

Arona Maskil, Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator, Inter-cultural trainer and Coach, International Education Specialist
Arona is a certified Inter-cultural trainer and is one of the expert trainers on U.S. culture with Dean Foster and Associates. She currently collaborates all relocation workshops with CRG (Corporate Resources Group), where she conducts both personal and group training sessions for professionals, individuals and families relocating to the U.S. Arona has conducted training for companies such as: Intel, Kimberly-Clark, Magen, Medcon, Abbvie, Alcon Labs, Qualcomm, Mellanox and more. She is a professional coach, a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a member of the Israeli Coaching association.

Itay Bracha, Managing Partner at Bracha & Co. Law Firm
Adv. Itay Bracha is the managing partner at the Bracha & Co. law firm, and the head of the firm’s tax and voluntary disclosure departments.the most creative and beneficial solutions and tax plans for his clients. Over the years, Itay has managed a considerable number of voluntary disclosure proceedings in Israel, Europe and North America, involving dozens of millions USD. He provides legal advice for returning citizens and immigrants concerning the maximization of tax benefits, as well as ongoing counsel regarding financial management and the transfer of property to Israel.

Doron Neev, General Manager at Corporate Resources Group (Israel) Ltd.
Doron is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Anthropology, Sociology and International Relations with a M.A. degree in Labor Studies at the University of Tel Aviv. He also has a certificate in French language and Culture from the University of Geneva. He started his career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel where he worked for 10 years, 6 of them at the Israeli Mission to the UN in Geneva. After, he moved to Brussels and worked as the first HR & Administration Manager of Scitex Europe S.A before moving back to Israel in 1986 to serve as the Manager, International Affairs at the Corporate HR Division of Scitex Corporate HQ in Israel and was in charge of the whole large global HR activities of the company. In 1995 he established the Israeli subsidiary of Corporate Resources Group S.A (Based in Geneva).
