The Detroit FEM Chapter took a deep dive into the topic of “Global Mobility Workshop:  How to Build Your One-Page Mobility Strategy.”

Dan Carraher, Vice President of GRAEBEL, presented on how to create a one page mobility strategy, which included identifying stakeholders, brand, expectations, as well as internal and external factors that are involved.  The attendees participated in an interactive discussion to identify stakeholders and the mobility approach.

The discussion also revolved around metrics and what companies typically use metrics for, such as volume by new hire vs. transfer, expense by region, and budgeted expenses to actual spend.

We would like to extend a special thanks to our speaker, Dan Carraher, for offering his expert advice and opinions on the matter.
