As the impact of the Covid-19 crisis continues to be felt across the globe, we are all having to adjust to a different way of working – for now at least – and FEM is no exception.
The key part of FEM’s identity is that we are a Forum – a place for airing concerns, discussing challenges and sharing best practice – whether that is face-to-face or online, our members and supporters make up a powerful community of Global Mobility professionals that can support one another across any distance or time zone. At FEM, we always place the safety and wellbeing of attendees at our events above all else, and so we have taken the decision to convert our face-to-face Americas Summit to a digital event instead.
Our Americas Summit goes online!
FEM’s 2020 Online Americas Summit will now take place on the same two days as originally planned (June 10-11) and you will be able to participate in Case Study sessions, Mobility Masterclasses, Panel Discussions, polling and Q&As.
To fit around your busy work schedule, each day’s agenda will be shorter than the usual full-day program – and there will be the added advantage of the contents being ‘on demand’ – so if you are unable to join us live, you can catch up another time.

Unfortunately, in the current situation, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone the Americas EMMAs and we have already contacted all those who have submitted an entry. But don't worry - your efforts won't go to waste! You can also enter the EMMAs in APAC and EMEA (if it is appropriate) as we anticipate those live events going ahead in September and November as planned. In the meantime, we will keep your Americas entries safe so you can update them for 2021 – and we plan a very special celebration when we are all able to be together again!
Our Covid-19 Worldwide Webinar Series
We are also rolling out a series of global, but regionally-focused Covid-19 Worldwide Webinars for APAC, the Americas and EMEA, sharing best practice in dealing with the Coronavirus and its impact on Global Mobility, HR and business.
FEM’s Global Director of Content, Claire Tennant-Scull will be joined by a panel of experts who will be ready to explore these questions and more:
