Our Chapter Network:

FEM Chapters are run by our Chapter Leads who understand the unique challenges and opportunities in their specific location. They are supported by their Steering Committees and by FEM itself, so that they have a global perspective, but a local focus. Most Chapters will typically hold between three and four meetings per year in a variety of formats.

Our current list of active Chapters includes:

  • Belgium
  • Connecticut
  • Detroit
  • Middle East (Dubai, KSA, Qatar)
  • Germany (Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich)
  • Hong Kong
  • Houston
  • Iberia (Spain & Portugal)
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • New York City
  • Paris
  • Singapore
  • Switzerland (Basel, Geneva, Zurich)
  • UK (London, Birmingham, Manchester)

We will shortly be announcing a number of exciting NEW Chapters for 2026 and are actively seeking new locations and Chapter Leads too. We also welcome topic and speaker ideas.

Please do contact us at FEM if you would like to know more about starting a Chapter or hosting a meeting: Julia.ferreira@forum-expat-management.com

Our Ethos:

FEM Chapters are an inclusive, welcoming space and we like members to regard their local Chapter as their ‘Global Mobility Club’. Chapters are a place for learning and sharing best practice and of course for relaxed, professional networking but please note that they must never be used as a marketplace.

To Attend:

In-house corporate professionals can attend FEM Chapter meetings for free, but Service Providers must have a valid annual membership to attend and will be asked for their FEM membership number at registration.

FEM Membership

To join FEM as an individual costs £500 or the currency equivalent per year. FEM Membership entitles you to attend as many Chapter meetings as you like – wherever you happen to be in the world. Membership also includes other important benefits such as two free EMMAs (awards) entries and discounts on tickets to our major Summits as well as the right to create a profile and content on our community website.

We also offer multiple memberships and can create a bespoke package for your organisation. Please contact Mark.powis@forum-expat-management.com for details.
