The Posted Worker Directive; this European directive obliges companies to register international staff mobility with host countries and adds another complex task to the workload when moving employees. With each country maintaining different immigration procedures, staying up to date on the rules & requirements and applying for travel documents have become full-time jobs on their own.

However, the new mobility tech-platform called ‘Brisa’ brings a wind of change to compliant global mobility; a user-friendly interface provides a complete overview of all upcoming travels and documentation status. Voerman is happy to be amongst the first suppliers to add Brisa to its service offering.
