Don’t forget to check the rules and regulations!
A major important topic that is always on my agenda during meetings with my corporate clients is the posted worker notification; and yes, it is (almost…) common knowledge that this really should not be forgotten but it’s still not always a priority. With an lot of unfortunate consequences……
The question I hear most is: “do I even need to notify if my staff is only travelling for a shorter period?” This totally depends on the purpose of the travel, the period and the destination country.
In general:
- What special requirements must be considered when posting employees within the European Union?
- Which regulations apply regarding wages and working conditions?
- What visas and work permits are required outside the European Union?
The solution to a seamless notification is developed by BRISA; an in-the-cloud tool taking away the administrate burden and ensuring compliance so companies & employees can focus on their core activities.
Who is BRISA?
BRISA is a service support tool that has a globally established partner network in over 154 countries. The BRISA team creates a process overview of the reporting requirements for the customer in the respective EU country and combines in-house expertise with an international best-in-class network. This means that BRISA is constantly up to date with the latest regulations and application processes. Using this tool means you have a one-stop shop for all countries and it secures timeline processing of required notifications.
BRISA – turning the challenge of compliant traveling into a Breeze. Voerman supports this and I’ve been fortunate to be present during several introductions of this in-the-cloud tool, brought by the product developers of the BRISA team; the feedback given is very positive!
Feel free to reach out to me if you want to plan your introduction; it only takes approximately 1 hour to share this great tool with you. Happy to Support!
