FEM Munich Chapter - 10th February - Beyond Assignments: The Future Operating Model of Global Mobility
Join us at FEM's Chapter Meeting in Munich – Tuesday, 10 February 2026
Global Mobility is changing: traditional long-term assignments are no longer the only answer. Today, the focus is on flexible talent formats, digital processes and the question of how organisations can position their mobility function strategically.
We will explore:
✔ How can target operating models bring together business requirements, talent expectations and compliance?
✔ Which models are future-proof and scalable?
✔ When is outsourcing or a shared service centre truly the right option?
✔ What role will Global Mobility play in tomorrow’s talent strategy?
A short keynote will set the scene, followed by interactive group work and a closing panel discussion to capture and deepen the key insights. Afterwards, there will be plenty of time for networking with HR and Global Mobility experts over snacks and drinks, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences.
