KPMG's Human Capital Advisory practice shares the results from its survey of 300 CHROs, revealing their biggest challenges for the next three years. There were select interviews with 12 HR Pathfinders from companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, Albertsons, Genentech and Starbucks who are leading the way in adding strategic value and integrating the HR function into the wider business.
