On May 30th we held our 4th FEM Event in Zurich. The event was launched by Frank Jura, Executive Director in People Advisory Services at EY. After the introduction, Gerard Osei-Bonsu, Partner in People Advisory Services at EY gave a very interesting overview on BEPS and its impact on HR: “ Why BEPS is more than just about tax…”. The event was continued with roundtables. The 30 global mobility professionals were divided into three groups in order to discuss hot topics.
Roundtable 1 was held by Giovanni De Carlo, Director Business Development Continental Europe, from Crown World Mobility on “Duty of care for Global Mobility”. Roundtable 2 discussed “Career Management in Global Mobility - How does a career in Global Mobility look like?” and was moderated by Daniel Zinner, Partner at Expatise Academy. The third roundtable gave a Global Immigration update, hosted by Franziska Brüderlin, Manager at EY, Immigration Specialist.
The professionals mingled afterwards during the networking aperitif and exchanged further on the roundtable topics.
