Assigment Alternatives – Shaping a flexible Mobility Program
On September 12th we had our FEM Chapter in Hamburg. Over 30 Global Mobility professionals discussed with our presenters about assignment alternatives and how to shape a flexible mobility program.
Frank Retzlaff and Frank Jura from EY gave a great introduction into the topic and insight into compliance issues. Anja Vahldiek from EY and Eric Gangey from Innogy SE shared interesting case studies with the audience, talking about their experience in redesigning Mobility programs.
We had many valuable and great discussions and received very positive feedback about this event.
