My client is looking for a client Services Manager to manage a small team of up to 5 Assignment Management Consultants providing Assignment Management Services to portfolio of corporate accounts.
You must have previous experience of managing and mentoring within an assignment management services company and it is anticipated that someone with less 4 years experience is unlikely to have the requisite experience.
You will be responsible for conducting client reviews, ensuring services are delivered to SLA's, issue escalation and resolution, mentoring the team and financial reporting.
This is a small but highly functioning team and the selected candidate can look forward to fantastic support form senior management and for the right candidate good long term career prospects.
