At our Chapter Meetings we bring together people and companies to form an educational, supportive and collaborative network. We are pleased to announce the inaugural meeting of the FEM Warsaw Chapter.

The Warsaw Chapter focuses on creating an exchange and networking platform for the growing number of Mobility and HR professionals in Poland and providing an opportunity for learning and knowledge exchange.

Presentation: 'Smart Moves – Companies look to lower the cost of Global Mobility'

There are many ways that companies are using Global Mobility to successfully implement global talent strategies where the Millennial employees are increasingly looking for international opportunities. And in the war for talent, if companies want to keep them, low-cost mobility options have to be available. But that isn’t all: business leaders have to be on board with this “new normal” and willing to use these low-cost options. Aligning the Global Mobility program with business leaders’ expectations is a central challenge.

Speaker: Vladimir Vrzhovski – Crown World Mobility, Country Manager

Panel discussion: 'HR and Mobility as a strategic business partner'
