PLANO, TEXAS (March 3, 2016) – Altair Global is pleased to announce the hiring of Calvin Chin, global operations manager at their APAC service center in Singapore.

In this role, Chin is responsible for all operational functions of Altair’s global services team and for monitoring compliance with client policy. In addition, he is responsible for providing team support as an expert advisor, reviewing performance data and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

“Calvin brings a wealth of experience, industry tenure and business acumen to his role. He is exactly the type of team member we have been searching for to lead the APAC service team and we are thrilled to have him join our organization,” said Altair Global’s Vice President, APAC, Benny Tan.

Chin began his career in the relocation industry in 1998. He has held various managerial roles with leading companies in the business of serving transferees and their families. Most recently, Chin managed APAC supply chain and household goods move management operations for a relocation management company. He also led the strategic account management and business development functions in APAC for a corporate immigration services provider. He received a bachelor’s degree in business, with honors, from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He has also served on the APAC Leadership Committee of Worldwide ERC®.
