Now, we are checking in again with some of our superb speakers (and welcoming new voices) to find out about progress made and lessons learned. We are gathering expertise from our APAC, Americas & EMEA discussions in one unmissable broadcast: FEM’s Covid-19 GLOBAL Back to Business webinar.
Meet our speakers:

Anne-Marie Bailey, Global Mobility Manager, GE Healthcare & Renewable Energy

Anne-Marie is currently the Global Mobility Manager for GE Renewable Energy. In this role Anne-Marie acts as a strategic partner to the business along with providing support for all aspects of the mobility life cycle. Over the course of Anne-Marie’s 16 year Global Mobility Career, she has had the opportunity to participate in several cycles of HR transformation along with strategic projects building a strong track record in the areas of mobility policy, assignment compensation, risk management and business travellers. Anne-Marie enjoyed 16 years of expatriation with her family in various locations, before returning to the UK to complete a BA Hons in French Literature from King’s College London.

Emmarie P. Castañeda, Global Mobility Manager – Asia, Unilever

Marie is a leader of leaders, guiding teams managing the whole employee life cycle of the Asia expatriate population in Unilever. This involves working on strategies to keep the company’s policies market-competitive and improving processes with agility in an ever-changing environment. Over the course of nearly a decade, Marie has built a strong track record on global mobility policy and operations. Prior to Unilever, Marie was International Mobility Manager for Australia New Zealand Bank (ANZ) for five years and, previous to this, spent four of her 13 years in the energy company Chevron as Global Mobility Operations Counselor and Processing Supervisor. As a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Marie is adept to global trends not only in the mobility world but in international human resources as a greater function. She also works on collaborative projects for the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Samantha Elliott, CRP, CCHP - President of Preferred Corporate Housing

Samantha is President and Majority Owner of Preferred Corporate Housing. With 25 years overseeing all business operations for PCH, Samantha’s forward-thinking approach has resulted in countless successes for PCH, including most-recently being named as “Corporate Housing Provider of the Year” for 2020, being a three-time “Top 25 Women-Owned Business in Houston,” and an 8-time “Best Places to Work” winner by Houston Business Journal. Samantha’s individual contributions to the industry include serving six years on the CHPA Executive Board and as Board President in 2015, acting as CHPA Board Liasion to the Worldwide ERC organization.

Mark B. Fischer, MD, Medical Director Assistance, International SOS 

Based in International SOS' Assistance Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Fischer is responsible for providing medical assistance and coordination of medical care to patients traveling and living abroad. Since joining International SOS in 2012, Dr. Fischer has been the medical escalation point for oversight and case management, for over 2,000 clients worldwide.  Responsibilities in this role include aeromedical transportation, internal quality audits, medical facility audits, provider network management, medical team training, and implementation of digital transformation. He attended The Pennsylvania State University Honors Program, Temple University School of Medicine, and residency in Middletown, Connecticut.  


Patricia Tavares, Americas Global Mobility Head, Unilever

Patricia Tavares graduated in Federal university of Paraná in Brazil and has a major in Human Interrelationship and Developing Management Skills at FAE in Paraná, Brazil. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked in HR Operations including: Benefits, payroll, employee contact center, HR BP and of course Global Mobility. Acting in the Financial Industry for over 15 years, being the last three years as an expat herself, in 2016 she moved to the Consumer Goods Business and is now the Global Mobility Head for the Americas based in São Paulo. Patricia is a valued member of the GADEX Group in Brazil, which is composed of 33 multinationals, and represents the GM community with government entities, (Federal Police, Immigration Department, DMV, etc) when necessary. She is also FEM’s highly successful Brazil Chapter Lead.
