Frank Jura, FEM Chapter Lead, opened the event by welcoming the guests and panellists and outlining the agenda for the afternoon. Following this, Alexander Kopp and Michael Gschwandtner from EY provided an engaging overview of developments in the field of artificial intelligence.

Alexander Bergmann and Thomas Dirrigl from the BMW Group gave an impressive presentation on their experiences with transforming Global Mobility processes. They shared, in an open and practical manner, the challenges they had to overcome along the way.

Afterwards, participants had the opportunity to delve deeper into the topics of "Digitalisation in HR Global Mobility" and "The Future Role of HR Global Mobility" in two discussion groups, facilitated by Carmen Andronesei (Allianz SE) and Michali Henig (HelloFresh SE).

The event concluded with a joint panel featuring Carmen Andronesei, Michali Henig, and Alexander Bergmann, moderated by Melanie Rottgardt (EY) and Frank Jura, where the outcomes of the discussion groups were revisited and explored further.

During the subsequent networking session, which carried on into the late evening, conversations continued to flow, existing contacts were nurtured, and new ones were made.

A heartfelt thank you to our host EY, our inspiring speakers, and all participants for this stimulating and informative Chapter Meeting!
