Upcoming Chapter Meeting in Hamburg on 14. April 2026
The role of Global Mobility has been evolving for many years — most recently accelerated by geopolitical uncertainty, skills shortages, demographic change, increasing cost pressure, and growing requirements around digitalisation and compliance.
Many Global Mobility teams are responding with a high degree of outsourcing, assigning a wide range of services to specialised providers. As a result, external partners play a central role in the efficiency, quality and strategic development of the Global Mobility function.
At the same time, practical experience shows that these partnerships are critical to success — and complex. Active, structured vendor and partner management is essential to unlock potential and manage risks effectively.
In this session, we will explore, among other topics:
- How mobility programmes are changing and being realigned in the current environment
- The strategic and operational potential embedded in service provider relationships
- How Global Mobility teams make informed in-house, outsourcing or hybrid decisions
- The criteria for selecting the right partner
- How existing partnerships can be further developed in a targeted way
The focus will be on practical insights, clear decision-making logic, and open exchange between in-house Global Mobility leaders and service providers.
