Hello, is there any expat that work in a company which allows its (local) employees to work from home (for example 1 or 2 days in a week)? If so, what are the rules for you?
More specifically, can you benefit from this option? Is there a clause on your contract with home location that authorizes you to follow the local rules in cases like this? Or do you need your home employer approval for these kinds of topics? How does the insurance work in these cases? Any other input on the matter would be appreciated.
