From the moment participants arrived, lively conversations highlighted the strong interest in global mobility developments across the region. Chapter Lead Frank Jura officially opened the event by welcoming all participants, speakers, and supporters, and provided an overview of FEM’s mission and global activities. Our host Olivier Dupont from the CCIFS followed with an introduction to the chamber’s history and its role in fostering cross-border business relations.

Expert Panel Discussion

The panel featured a diverse group of experienced global mobility leaders:

  • Katerina Fagetti, Senior Global Mobility Manager, LGT Group Holding Ltd.
  • Adam Evans, Group Senior Benefits & Reward Manager, L’Occitane International
  • Charles Kramer, Head of Global Mobility & Business Travel, On
  • Ralf Pawolleck, Managing Director, Valoris Advisory

The discussion started immediately with insights into how organisations are shaping global mobility to support talent strategies worldwide. Topics included evolving assignment models, best practices across industries, and the increasing relevance of remote and virtual assignments. The audience actively contributed with questions and experiences, making the session particularly dynamic and insightful.

Networking Reception

The conversation continued during the networking reception, supported by excellent hospitality, finger food, and drinks.
