FEM welcomes Iva Kotrsalova, Region Lead, Hewlett Packard Enterprise to our  APAC Summit where as a previous EMEA EMMAs winner, she will deliver a much-anticipated Mobility Masterclass: Transforming Your Global Mobility Strategy.

Iva has been actively driving the transformation of Mobility into a strategic partner within HPE, and we speak to her ahead of the FEM APAC Summit, taking place on 6 September. If you haven't already, make sure you register and find out how to transform your own organisation's mobility strategy. Here's a sample of what's to come...

How long have you been involved in the Global Mobility sector?

Twelve years.

What changes have you seen in that time?

A shift from expensive Long Term Assignments, to inexpensive alternatives such as Local Plus or Short Term Assignments.

What do you think are the three greatest challenges facing Global Mobility professionals in the Asia Pacific region today?

1. Given the close proximity of many countries to another/sharing borders, meeting employee and employer compliance obligations.

2. Ensuring your organisation is aware of the restrictions that Visa quotas place on strategy placements into the region.

3. Ensuring cultural integration is front of mind for the leader’s mind, to ensure successful assignments.

What are the key messages you hope delegates take away from your session?

That it’s OK to not have a perfect Mobility program in place, but more to have the drive/passion there to improve it so that you are an enabler to the business and enhance the employee experience.

Who would you recommend attend your session?

All HR and Mobility professionals.

Join Iva at the masterclass, 14:45 – 15:25 on 6th September in Singapore.
