Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) - Zurich Chapter

We would like to invite you to our FEM Chapter Event in Zurich. Our hosts KPMG and Santa Fe Relocation are looking forward welcoming you at KPMG on November 26, 2019

The increasing number of non-traditional mobile employees keep challenging global organizations. While business units and employees are expecting a maximum of flexibility and agility, legislative restrictions are increasing. In this area of tension HR Global Mobility departments are challenged to mitigate compliance risks to protect their organizations, directors and employees.

Our event starts with a presentation explaining the landscape of compliance risks before we break up into three different roundtable discussions that are held in parallel. This means you can only participate in one roundtable and you will be asked during the registration process to choose between your 1st and 2nd priority. At the end of the round table discussions each chairperson of the table will give a summary of the conversation and findings to the whole audience before the networking starts.

Speakers:
Andrew Vincett – Director, Tax & Legal, Global Mobility Services at KPMG
Claire Rutherford – Senior Manager Global Mobility at Lonza AG
Frank Jura – Director Immigration & DSP at Santa Fe Relocation Services
