EMEA Regional Director of Sales – Serviced Apartments

My client is a global leading provider of Serviced Apartments across the globe.

This role is pivotal in facilitating the growth across EMEA. The potential for doubling the current revenue is realistic.  The regional director of sales will mentor, develop, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve success by using solutions sales processes and techniques.

 We are looking for an exceptional Sales leader who will help the regional sales teams to identify new sales opportunities, develop strong client relationships, close high value deals and maintain client relationships at the highest level.

An overview of the role will include:

• Full staff management including: Recruitment, Training, Appraisals, developing account plans, etc
• Develop Sales territories
• Apartment inventory recommendations
• Weekly and monthly sales reviews with teams and Corporate leadership
• Produce weekly / Monthly sales reports
• Work with marketing to develop appropriate sales collateral
• Coordinate and assist sales teams with client presentations and sales.
• Recognise and implement cross section sales opportunities with local and regional offices
• Participate in Industry Specific Professional Organisations such as Fem, ASAP, ERC, etc

The ideal Regional Director of Sales will be able to demonstrate a successful and stable career within a service oriented and solutions sales environment. Experience of motivating and developing regional sales teams and possesses strong innovation and experimental skills. Ideally degree educated with formal sales management training and a minimum of 5 years B2B corporate sales management experience.

Candidates that have knowledge of Corporate Housing, Corporate Hotel Sales, Travel and or Relocation Industry are of particular interest.
